Step 1: Reserve your slot
Non-Profits, Individuals, & Commercial Organizations can all book their slot on our bookings page. We collect important information that helps us understand what you'd like to talk about, what themes matter most to you, and how we can tailor the episode to your expertise.
Step 2: We Send You Prep Materials
Once we receive your booking, you'll get an email from us with:
  • A few prep questions to help guide your thinking
  • A brief episode draft outline — think of it like a mini-script
  • A link to schedule your 1:1 Pre-Call AND Recording, at your convenience
Each host records just 4 free episodes per month, so availability is limited.
Step 3: Recording Day
Once you’ve scheduled your recording, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a private link to our Google Meets recording room.

We start by learning a bit about you — your background, your story, and what brought you here.

We dive into the main topic(s) you submitted.

We conclude with an action item for our audience: "When you get to work today, think about doing X"
Step 4: Editing & Preview
After we record
  1. Our editing team cleans up the episode.
  1. We draft the title, episode description, and custom thumbnail.
  1. You get a preview link to review, (request additional edits if needed) and approve before anything goes live.
Step 5: Launch & Promotion
Once approved, we publish the episode across all of our podcast platforms. You’ll also receive:
  • A blog version of the episode on our site & newsletter
  • Downloadable Short clips (perfect for LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • A direct link you can share with your network
